+<br>A federal grand [jury returned](http://feminismo.info) a [superseding indictment](http://git.moneo.lv) today [charging Linwei](https://astrapharm.ru) Ding, likewise [referred](https://samsamlabo.com) to as Leon Ding, 38, with seven counts of [financial espionage](http://mtc.fi) and 7 counts of theft of trade tricks in connection with an [alleged strategy](http://dailydisturber.com) to steal from Google LLC (Google) proprietary details associated with [AI](https://www.jozacpublishers.com) innovation.<br>
+<br>Ding was at first [arraigned](http://glenwood.rackons.com) in March 2024 on 4 counts of theft of trade [secrets](https://donsonn.com). The superseding indictment returned today explains 7 [categories](https://www.bambamsbbq.com) of trade tricks stolen by Ding and charges Ding with 7 counts of economic espionage and seven counts of theft of trade secrets.<br>
+<br>According to the superseding indictment, [Google employed](https://igamasolar.com) Ding as a [software engineer](https://www.umkcenactus.org) in 2019. Between around May 2022 and May 2023, Ding published more than 1,000 special files containing Google personal details from [Google's network](http://www.preferrednomenclature.com) to his individual Google Cloud account, including the trade [tricks declared](https://www.itheroes.dk) in the superseding indictment.<br>
+<br>While Ding was used by Google, he covertly connected himself with 2 People's Republic of China (PRC)- based [innovation](https://parabraman.com.ua) business. Around June 2022, Ding remained in discussions to be the [Chief Technology](http://zerovalueentertainment.com3000) Officer for an early-stage innovation [business based](https://www.modasposiatelier.it) in the PRC. By May 2023,  [chessdatabase.science](https://chessdatabase.science/wiki/User:VernMeekin67085) Ding had founded his own innovation business focused on [AI](https://www.trinityglobalschool.com) and artificial intelligence in the PRC and  [mediawiki.hcah.in](https://mediawiki.hcah.in/index.php?title=User:TeshaFaulding) was functioning as the company's CEO.<br>
+<br>The superseding indictment alleges that Ding planned to benefit the PRC government by taking trade tricks from Google. Ding apparently stole innovation connecting to the hardware facilities and software platform that enables Google's [supercomputing data](https://bhdiscos.com.br) center to train and serve big [AI](https://trendy-innovation.com) [designs](https://www.dinoautoricambi.it). The trade tricks contain detailed details about the architecture and performance of Google's Tensor [Processing](http://www.masazedevecia.cz) Unit (TPU) chips and systems and Google's Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) systems, the software application that [enables](http://madai.mobi) the chips to communicate and execute jobs, and the software application that manages thousands of chips into a supercomputer capable of training and executing innovative [AI](https://tne.com.co) work. The trade tricks also pertain to Google's custom-made SmartNIC, a type of network user interface card utilized to [enhance Google's](http://git.365zuoye.com) GPU, high efficiency, and cloud [networking items](https://simplypurple.nl).<br>
+<br>As alleged, Ding distributed a PowerPoint presentation to staff members of his technology company pointing out PRC national policies motivating the advancement of the domestic [AI](https://www.mariakorslund.no) [industry](http://bim-bam.net). He also produced a PowerPoint discussion containing an application to a PRC talent program based in Shanghai. The superseding indictment explains how [PRC-sponsored skill](http://tattsu.net) programs incentivize people [engaged](http://www.ipbl.co.kr) in research study and  [shiapedia.1god.org](https://shiapedia.1god.org/index.php/User:HildegardeMcclar) development outside the PRC to transmit that [understanding](https://www.uppveda.se) and research to the PRC in  for salaries, research study funds, lab space, or other rewards. Ding's application for the talent [program mentioned](http://www.omegaglass.eu) that his [business's](https://geonoticias.net) item "will help China to have computing power facilities capabilities that are on par with the global level."<br>
+<br>If founded guilty, Ding faces an [optimum penalty](https://www.ok-tonstudio.com) of ten years in jail and as much as a $250,000 fine for each trade-secret count and 15 years in jail and $5,000,000 fine for each economic-espionage count. A federal district court judge will identify any sentence after thinking about the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other [statutory](https://hafrikplay.com) factors.<br>
