<br>3. From its internal resources, the Institute provides an additional top-up salary of Rs 25,000/- per month for the very first three years of service to the newly joined professors members. After 3 years of service, the faculty member(s) are qualified for consideration for Young Faculty Fellowship (open for professors of age upto 40 years) offering a top-up wage of Rs.15,000/- monthly for three years, and/or Faculty Chair positions providing a top-up wage of Rs 25,000/- each month for 3 years.
